RESERVATION POLICY - A Deposit of 50% of entire stay is required in 5 days of inital booking date to guarantee your reservation. Balance due upon arrival. Cash, checks, money orders are accepted. Notice of cancellation is required 1 month prior to date in order to not lose deposit. A $20.00 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. Pets are not allowed and we are a Smoke-Free Environment. Smoking is permitted Outside.
